Moving right along with the office... Here's the cash register (old fashioned pull-lever thingie) and flooring (mid-century modern abstract, baby).
Yeah, the office is tiny, but think how easy it will be to furnish... a tool, a bulletin board, a floor mat, and there won't be room for much more!
Here's a diagram, and how it looks in place, and a shot of that coolio linoleum.

You saw the sign for Gailtown Arms (rooms for rent) and location in the previous post.
Here's the floor-plan.
Time to furnish the office.
You can check in soon, Marie!

Gailtown Arms sign
Gailtown Arms? Sure, why not?
I just worked it up with my Paint App, printed, cut it out, glued it in place!

Mailboxes
Here are the three mailboxes for the three rental rooms. I was going for a very vintage, worn look... the kind that is big enough to hold mail, maybe a small local paper, and maybe even a local store delivery. I'll leave one top open, probably, just to show the structure.
I made them quite simply. I drew them on my Paint App (it would have been almost as easy to draw them with a ruler and magic marker. Then glued them together.
That's painters' tape they're sitting on... I use that to steady little stuff while I work on it.
Here's a rough diagram. The numbers... I also did on Paint and cut out, glued 'em on.
Here are a couple of views of the boxes. That's my small, mixed-breed assistant. She specializes in finding tiny miniature parts that I drop.

Vacancy Sign
I did a "Vacancy" sign to place outside the rooms-for-rent Office.
Yes, it's rustic, run down... this is Gailtown!

Attack of the Linoleum!!!
Time for flooring in the @1950 rental room. I did my research... here is a very typical pattern in LINOLEUM, yes, linoleum. And here's a typical pattern for multi-purpose rooms, perfect with the wall color.
Now don't make that face at me!!!!!!!!! I'll turn this car right around and... wait... sorry.
Just wait until you see what I have in mind for the window shade, bedspread, artwork, and... just wait. Circa 1950 glory!
First photo... here's the pattern, closeup.
Second... here is the floor after waxing and buffing (okay, shiny nail polish) to a high luster, as was the fashion!

Moveable Trees
I took a break from the Rooms to make a few trees to create three moveable trees of the genus and species... Townicus gailii.
Yes, I made up a tree. Kind of a hybrid between mesquite and ironwood, maybe? I wanted a spreading, stark branch configuration with arid-resistant, sparse, ovoid leaves, so I made one up.
Base, trunk/limbs and leaves are... Sculpey clay, marigold stems and dill seeds. Construction was easy... glued stems into baked, painted Sculpey, put glue on limbs and dipped in seeds.
