Attack of the Linoleum!!!

Time for flooring in the  @1950 rental room.   I did my research... here is a very typical pattern in LINOLEUM, yes, linoleum.   And here's a typical pattern for multi-purpose rooms, perfect with the wall color. 

Now don't make that face at me!!!!!!!!!    I'll turn this car right around and... wait... sorry.

Just wait until you see what I have in mind for the window shade, bedspread, artwork,  and... just wait.  Circa 1950 glory!
